Territorial Prison
The Report of Superintendent Ingalls of the territorial prison, for the quarter ending June 30th, 1885, shows that during that time there were received sixty-four prisoners at the penitentiary to serve sentences. . . . The superintendent also stated in his report that the following prisoners would be discharged during the quarter ending September 30, 1885.
